Unique and Creative Approach

Many training and development companies and consultancies boast of a massive portfolio of training courses which, on review, appears to be a universal panacea based on the “one size fits all” principal. Professional managers know that all staff are different and that treating them like sheep (“dipping” them into a standard training course for example) results in them behaving like sheep. Organisations today need not only individuals that know and understand the procedures and rules relating to their business but also people who can act responsibly while applying creativity and are self motivated, willing and able to accept new responsibilities supported by a strong desire and ability to develop and progress.

We therefore approach staff development differently to other organisations. For a start, we do not provide standard “off the shelf” training and development portfolios. Certainly, there are a number of standard topic areas, which we address (see the Portfolio contents for more information), but our approach is always unique, based on customer’s requirements.

We do this by providing start to finish support – adding to customer skill sets involves an accurate diagnosis of the current situation so that any work we undertake addresses the real position, not only the symptoms of a problem. This is not only about increasing or improving skill sets, but making sure that such changes are of real, measurable, benefit to the individual and the organisation.
